Ingredients
  • Boneless chicken – 500 Gms, cut into cubes
  • Butter for brushing

For marination:

  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 ½ Teaspoon
  • White pepper powder – 1 Teaspoon
  • Hung yogurt – 4 Tablespoon
  • Fresh cream – 2 Tablespoon
  • White vinegar – 1 Tablespoon
  • Corn flour – 2 Tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder - ½ Teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - ½ Teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - one pinch
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder - ¼ Teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 Nos
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon
  • Green Chillies – 4 Nos, chopped
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2 Tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
Directions
  1. Clean, wash and drain the chicken pieces; Pat dry and set aside.
  2. Soak the wooden skewers for 30 minutes before using to avoid burning.
  3. Grind together green chillies, coriander leaves, lemon juice and make a fine paste; Don't use water for grinding.
  4. In a bowl add chicken pieces, prepared paste(step#3) and all the other ingredients except butter; Combine well and keep marinated for 2-4 hours.
  5. Preheat broiler and brush a broiler pan lightly with butter/vegetable oil.
  6. Skew the marinated chicken pieces on skewers; Arrange skewers across broiler pan.
  7. Broil chicken about 4 inches from heat, turning over them occasionally and brush chicken cubes with butter.
  8. Broil until browned in spots and just cooked through, 8 to 12 minutes total. Or grill till cooked. Or bake for 15-20 mins at 350°F or till cooked.
  9. Serve hot with salad and mint chutney.
