Ingredients
  • Potatoes, medium sized - 3 Nos
  • Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon
  • Green chillies - 1-2 Nos, chopped
  • Turmeric powder - ¼ Teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder - ¼ - ½ Teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 ½ Tablespoon
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 1 ½ Tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 - 1 ½ Teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
Directions
  1. Boil the potatoes until they are cooked evenly.
  2. Allow to cool and peel the boiled potatoes, cut into small cubes and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add in the cumin seeds and fry till slightly brown on low flame.
  4. Add in the green chillies and fry for one minute.
  5. Now add in the cubed potatoes and saute well.
  6. Then add in the turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and saute for 2-3 minutes on low-medium heat.
  7. Add in the lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and saute for a minute on low-medium heat.
  8. Remove from heat and serve hot.
