Ingredients
  • Rolled Oats - ½ cup
  • Apple, chopped - ½ cup
  • Cinnamon Powder - ¼ Teaspoon
  • Whole or Low Fat Milk - ¾ - 1 cup
  • Chia seeds - ½ Tablespoon
  • Vanilla Extract - ½ Teaspoon
  • Maple Syrup or Honey - 1-2 Tablespoon, adjust according to your taste
Directions
  1. Take all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl or in mason jar. Close the bowl or jar with a tight lid.
  2. Refrigerate overnight or at-least 4 hours and remove from fridge when ready to eat.

Notes:

  • You can substitute cow milk with coconut or cashew or almond milk.
  • I boiled the milk and cooled completely before to start the recipe.
