Blueberries and Chia seeds Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
  • Rolled Oats - ½ cup
  • Blueberries, as required
  • Whole or Low fat Milk - ¾ - 1 cup
  • Chia Seeds - ½ Tablespoon
  • Vanilla Extract - ½ teaspoon
  • Maple Syrup or Honey or Agave - 1-2 Tablespoon, adjust according to your taste
Instructions:
  1. Take all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl or in mason jar.
  2. Mix well and close the bowl or jar with a lid.
  3. Refrigerate overnight or at-least 4 hours, and remove from fridge when ready to eat.
  4. Enjoy chilled with fresh berries on top.

Notes:

  • You can substitute cow milk with coconut or cashew or almond milk.
  • I used boiled and completely cooled milk.
