Ingredients

For Chocolate mix:

  • All purpose flour - ¼ cup
  • Dark Chocolate chips - 150 Gms
  • Brown Sugar - ¼ cup
  • Unsalted Butter - ¼ cup
  • Egg - 1 Nos

For Butter cake:

  • All purpose flour - 1 cup
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Unsalted Butter - ½ cup
  • Milk - 3-4 Tablespoon
  • Baking powder - ¼ Teaspoon
  • Eggs - 2 Nos
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a muffin pan and set aside.

Chocolate mix Preparation:

  1. Melt chocolate and butter over low heat and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Then add brown sugar and stir until well blended.
  3. Add egg and mix well. Then add all purpose flour, mix until well combined.
  4. Pour a heap tablespoon of batter into each cavity of the greased muffin pan.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes, remove and allow to cool.

Butter cake mix Preparation:

  1. Combine all-purpose-flour, baking powder and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add one egg at a time and beat well.
  4. Now add the flour mixture little by little into the mixing bowl and beat until well combined.
  5. Then add the fresh milk, mix to form batter.
  6. Pour the batter over the prepared brownies, about ⅔ full.
  7. Bake in 350° preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cooked.
  8. Remove from muffin pan, cool on wire rack.

Yield: makes about 12 muffins
