Ingredients
  • Boneless Chicken - 500 Gms, cut into medium cube sized pieces
  • Butter for brushing

For Marination:

  • Besan/Gram flour - 1 Tablespoon
  • Yogurt - ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice - 1 Tablespoon
  • Ginger-Garlic paste - 2 Tablespoons
  • Onion paste - 1 Tablespoon
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1 Tablespoon
  • Garam masala - ½ Teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1 ½ Teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 ½ Teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt, to taste
Directions
  1. Marinate the chicken with the ingredients listed in 'For marination' and refrigerate overnight or for at-least 2 hours.
  2. Soak skewers in water 30 minutes. While skewers are soaking, bring chicken to room temperature.
  3. Preheat broiler and brush a broiler pan lightly with oil.
  4. Divide chicken among skewers, leaving some space between cubes, arrange skewers across broiler pan.
  5. Broil chicken about 4 inches from heat, turning over once and brush chicken cubes with butter.
  6. Broil until browned in spots and just cooked through, 8 to 12 minutes total. Or grill till cooked. Or bake for 15-20 mins at 350 °F or till cooked.
