Ingredients
  • Fusilli - 1 ½ cup
  • Tomato - 1 Nos, finely chopped
  • Finely chopped Garlic - 1 Teaspoon
  • Spring Onion whites- ½ Tablespoon
  • Tomato Puree - ½ cup
  • Tomato sauce - 1 ½ Tablespoon
  • Pepper Powder - ½ Teaspoon, adjust according to your taste
  • Butter - 1 Tablespoon
  • Water - 2 Tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Spring Onion greens for garnishing
Directions
  1. Cook fusilli pasta in water along with little salt until cooked for about 5-7 minutes(refer cooking instructions in the fusilli packet). Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat butter in a pan, add chopped garlic, spring onion whites and sauté till the garlic turns slightly brown in color.
  3. Add chopped tomato and sauté until soft. Then add tomato purée and sauté until raw smell disappears completely.
  4. Now add the the cooked pasta, pepper powder, salt and mix well.
  5. Add tomato sauce, water and mix well. Sauté till the pasta is coated well with the sauce, for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
