Ingredients
  • Prawns - 300 Gms , cleaned
  • Finely sliced onion - 1 cup
  • Finely chopped ginger - 2 Tablespoon
  • Finely chopped garlic - 2 Tablespoon
  • Green chillies - 3 Nos, slitted
  • Medium Tomato - 3 Nos, chopped
  • Kashmiri chilli powder - 4 Tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Coconut oil - ½ cup
  • Curry leaves - 1 sprig
  • Salt, water as required
Directions
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add in the chopped ginger, garlic and sliced green chillies. Saute for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion into this and saute till until light brown in color.
  3. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and fry for 2 minutes on low heat.
  4. Pour 2 cups of water and allow this to boil, then add in the cleaned prawns.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Then add in the chopped tomatoes, curry leaves and mix well.
  6. Cook till the curry becomes thick. Remove from heat, serve warm.
