  • Fully ripe sweet Mangoes - 2 large; peeled, pitted and chopped( approx: 2 cups)
  • Cold Milk - ¾ - 1 cup, adjust
  • Sugar - 2-4 Tablespoon, adjust
  • Yogurt - 2 cup
  • Cardamom powder - ½ Teaspoon
  • Crushed pistachios, almonds and saffron strands to garnish, optional
  1. Take the mango pieces, sugar, cardamom powder and milk in a blender and blend well on high speed.
  2. Then add in the yogurt and blend well until creamy on high speed.
  3. Pour into two large serving glasses and garnish with crushed pistachios, almonds and saffron strands.
  4. Serve chilled.
