Ingredients
  • Mutton liver - 300 Gms, cut into small cubes
  • Kashmiri chilli powder - ½ Tablespoon
  • Turmeric Powder - ¼ Tablespoon
  • Pepper powder - ½ Tablespoon, adjust according to your taste
  • Water - ¼ cup
  • Coconut oil - 4-5 Tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
Directions
  1. Clean and wash the mutton liver pieces. Drain the water completely.
  2. In a pan, add in the liver pieces, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
  3. Add enough water to cook the liver pieces and mix well. Cover and cook until the liver pieces are cooked well and the water content evaporates completely on low heat.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add in the cooked liver pieces, pepper powder and mix well.
  5. Fry for 5-8 minutes on low heat.
  6. Serve hot.
