  • Milk - 500 ml, frozen
  • Sugar - 2-3 Tablespoon, adjust according to your taste
  • Horlicks - 2-3 Tablespoon, adjust according to your taste
  • Baby banana - 1-2 Nos
  • Peanuts or chopped cashew-nuts to garnish, optional
  • Candied Red Cherries to garnish, optional
  1. Gently crush well the frozen milk packet, using a wooden/metal rod or with the back of a heavy spoon.
  2. Add in the peeled banana, sugar, horlicks and half of the crushed frozen milk into a blender and blend well.
  3. Once everything is blended, add in the remaining crushed milk. Adjust the quantity of sugar and horlicks according to your taste.
  4. Blend well until you get a thick milkshake for about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the shake among two big serving glasses, garnish with peanuts or chopped cashew-nuts and candied cherries.
  6. Serve chilled.


  • If you don't have packet milk(plastic cover), pour the milk in a ziploc bag and close it. Then keep it in the freezer until completely frozen.
