Ingredients
  • Carrots - 4 Nos, medium sized
  • Chopped Ginger - ¼ Teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 Teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 Tablespoon, adjust according to your taste
  • Water - ¼ cup
Directions
  1. Peel and wash carrots, cut into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, blend together the chopped carrots, ginger, lemon juice, sugar and water.
  3. Pour the juice into the strainer and use a spatula to gently stir the mash until no more juice is separating out.
  4. Serve chilled.
