Ingredients
  • Fish, boneless and skinless - 250 Gms, cut into finger shaped pieces
  • Egg - 2 Nos
  • All Purpose Flour - 1 Tablespoon
  • Bread crumbs for coating
  • Vegetable oil for deep frying

For marination:

  • Lemon Juice - 2 Teaspoon
  • White Pepper powder - &frac1; Teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
Directions

Initial Preparation:

  1. Clean and wash the fish pieces. Drain the water completely and set aside.
  2. Marinate the fish pieces with the items mentioned under 'For marination' and refrigerate it for about 15 minutes.

Fish Finger Preparation:

  1. Heat enough oil to deep fry the fish pieces in a heavy bottomed pan on medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, add in the eggs, all-purpose flour and beat well.
  3. Dip each fish finger into this mixture and roll it into the breadcrumbs and make sure the fish pieces are coated nicely.
  4. Gently roll the pieces between your palms to get a finger shape.
  5. Now place them in the hot oil as batches, deep fry until the fish fingers turn golden brown on low-medium heat.
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
