Ingredients
  • Pre-baked Pie Crust - 1 Nos, 9 inch crust with at-least 1 1/2 inch deep
  • Pumpkin Puree - 2 cups, 15 oz
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1 cup, approx: 11 oz
  • Heavy cream - ¼ cup
  • Eggs, large - 3 Nos
  • Vanilla extract - 1 ½ Teaspoon
  • Dark Brown sugar - ¼ cup
  • Ground Cinnamon - 2 Teaspoon
  • Ground Nutmeg - ¼ Teaspoon
  • Ground Ginger - ½ Teaspoon
  • Salt - ½ Teaspoon
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. In a bowl, combine together the brown sugar, salt, and spices.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin puree, heavy cream, condensed milk and vanilla essence.
  4. Add in the dry ingredients mixture(step#2) and combine well. Pour this into the pre-baked crust.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until an wooden schewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from oven, keep it in room temperature until cooled. (Make sure not to keep it in room temperature for more than 2 hrs).
  7. Then, cover it with a plastic wrap and refrigerate it for at-least 2 hours or overnight.
  8. Cut into slices and enjoy :)
