Peanut Butter – Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
  • Ripe Banana - 1 large, sliced, 1 cup approx:
  • Cold Milk - 1 cup
  • Peanut butter - 1-3 Tablespoon, according to your taste
  • Vanilla Essence - ½ Teaspoon, optional
  • Ice cubes, optional
Instructions:
  1. Take the sliced bananas, milk, peanut butter, vanilla essence and ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve immediately.
